Return Policy
RETURNS
We will consider most returns. Please fill out the contact us form for a return that is outlined below.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us with in a reasonable amount of time for further instructions on what your next step in the return process will be.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
If for any reason you would like to return an item for a refund. Please contact us with your request. We will have you mail your item directly to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We recommend returning the item in its original package and once a refund has been issued reordering the correct item.
